All members must go through security checks. During the competition, only the teams participating in the current phase are allowed to enter the competition area (including the waiting room). Before the draw and the competition, the project team must bring valid identity documents for identity verification, and arrive at the site on time for check-in within the time notified by the staff. Participating universities shall be responsible for the authenticity of the participants' information. If there is any inaccuracy, the team's qualification for the competition will be cancelled. ◆2.Participants： Participants: In principle, the project leader must be present, and each team shall have no more than 2 members to participate in the roadshow and defense. The roadshow participants must be actual members of the project team. I both of the on-site roadshow and defense participants of a team are not the project leader, the host will inform the judges that the leader is absent. Before the draw and the official 1 33 competition, identity verification will be conducted based on the entry confirmation forms submitted by each team. If any information is found to be false, the team's qualification for the competition will be cancelled. ◆3.Draw: The project leaders of the teams entering the on-site competition shall conduct a unified online draw at the specified time. ◆4.Pre-Check and Rehearsal: Two members of each project team (including the project leader) shall arrive at the designated classroom on time for centralized pre-check and rehearsal according to the pre-check schedule of their respective groups, following the guidance of the staff. Each team shall prepare the project roadshow materials (USB drive) in advance, and copy the materials to the computer in the review classroom during the pre-check. The test rehearsal shall be conducted in the order of the serial numbers drawn during the draw. The rehearsal content includes testing the roadshow equipment and presentation files, with 5 minutes allocated for each project team.
